CASA rents out a partially-furnished two-story house, centrally located, less than four blocks from the jardin (at the heart of San Miguel). The house offers two huge bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, abundant closets, TV room, computer room, telephone, gas room-heaters, as well as an in-house washer and dryer. The house's own secluded garden has winter sun exposure that warms and adds extraordinary charm.

The Umarán house is owned by CASA, a Mexican non-profit health and social service organization that has been serving the poor, particularly adolescents and rural women since 1981. All profits from the house's rental are reinvested into the non-profit programs. The rent is US $1,500 monthly, with a one-year minimum renewable lease.
